All carburetors are examined for visual condition then disassembled paying attention to every detail.
Calibration is recorded and compared to original factory specifications. It’s not uncommon t to see older carburetors that have been altered from the original calibration
All carburetors are re-assembled and calibrated to original specifications.

Carburetor Repairs
Many of the carburetors that I see have been around for a long time.
It’s not uncommon to have stripped screw and other items that are worn beyond repair.
I am capable of repairing stripped screw holes and replacing many non serviceable item such as linkage parts, throttle shafts and more. I have a huge inventory of spare parts.
Many of the Holley carburetors that I encounter have machined surfaces that are not flat.
Metering block surfaces as well as base plate mating surfaces are flat filed to provide consistent gasket sealing.
Many base plates require this service also.
